until at least your frontal lobe is mostly developed. With the exception being reconstructive from like an accident or something. That way you have time to be closer to financial independence, vet out doctors, save up, go to therapy and whatnot. Plenty of people get sick form boob implants and they have to be replaced within a decade or removed. Cosmetic surgery often requires upkeep. It is a trauma to your body and you will likely have to have sound coping skills as well
