how was this a violation of title 9? what, did she include? i think the app is helpful if people use it to expose abusers and cheaters. the petty shit and lies should be kept out.

Look it up, under title 9 putting someone on blast in a way that ties to sex, gender, or relationships can be seen as harassment or retaliation. Which outside of “official” channels not the tea app, the law requires the school to investigate it. So the bottom line is if you 100% don’t have a reason to post him, don’t.

Not that I support this or OP, but spreading sexual gossip about someone can fall under title IX because it can be considered sexual harassment
