How do I become more confident in my body and actually feel pretty? I’ve always been a bigger girl and almost everyone at my college is skinny. I get made fun of a lot and I need ways to boost my own self confidence

Follow hot plus size influencers or bodies similar to yours to get more used to seeing that figure as hot and worth caring about. Whatever you’ve got, someone is very into it

I have an average sized frame but always wanted to be skinny so I was always kinda self conscious. Honestly the fake it (confidence) till u make it has worked for me, and wearing clothes I knew I’d feel confident in (basically making a rly conscious effort to look like I dress well, which boosts my confidence).

Learn to stop giving a fuck what u look like and instead only care how ur body feels. I’ve had the most awkward body my whole life (no boobs, but somehow a belly, no butt, and square) and I just don’t even think ab it. I’m way more interesting than what my body looks like

You have to love yourself through and through. To do so Indulge content of people that look similar to you. And remember girls e-bait how friendly and accepting they are to people that don’t fall in-line with their beauty standards, so I don’t want you to be disappointed if it’s all performative. Don’t seek approval from others

I hate that you’re feeling this way. Find you a man like Eats pussy like he’s getting paid. Confidence will skyrocket.

There’s a lot you can do! Get a few articles of clothing that makes you feel attractive, new makeup etc. Watch/ listen to body positive YouTubers or other type of content.

1. If they’re in a situation where they can’t, fine then my advice won’t help 2. It’s been proven that the gym often causes increased self confidence, the body even releases endorphins when working out

You make a good point that going to the gym releases endorphins, however endorphins doesn’t always mean that someone’s self confidence or self love will increase.

No not necessarily, but like I said going to the gym can help. I know not everyone has that luxury but if they do it’s worth a shot
