Because they know the conservative women actually expect tradition from them. They want to be free from the patriarchy when it comes to responsibilities, but still be able to have it when it comes to having control. They know that liberal women are more likely to want to engage in nontraditional relationships, and are more accepting of a wider range of things, including sexual relationships.

I have no idea bc he would not answer me. He mistook that liberal men wouldn’t try to disregard liberal women as me calling him liberal and he took it as an insult. And he was saying all of us are assuming things so I asked to clarify if he was conservative or liberal and he wouldn’t answer so I have no idea

He blocked me because I pointed out the relationship wouldn’t be on peaceful unless he was conservative/disagreed with liberal views. Long story short he asked me why I wouldn’t ask what his political ideology was before assuming. I pointed out, there was no reason to ask because 1) other people had asked and he didn’t answer and 2) there would be no reason for him to disagree with his partner, unless he had opposing views…he decided to block me.

I also told him that men who aren’t conservative typically make that very clear from the beginning and don’t make people ask them in the first place. He didn’t like that.
