Eat until satisfaction not until you’re stuffed. Change your dietary habits, eat more lean meats, rice, potatoes, etc, and drink a lot of water. I drink maybe 3 full bottles a day (from my 30oz water bottle)

How do people get eating disorders? I have never understood them. Am I lucky or is it slightly mental or maybe genetic? I honestly have no idea… please explain

Walk a lot and drink water, also be very involved and busy and you’ll only be able to eat when you’re not busy

also, don’t starve yourself. that’ll motivate you to eat more than you need later. it’s a balance. eat more often in smaller amounts so that you’re generally close to being satisfied food-wise. then, to reach your calorie deficit, add some exercise! cardio especially is good for burning calories. the only thing you should really worry about diet-wise is eating well rounded foods nutritionally. so a variety of different kinds of foods in a reasonable amount.

it can stem from a lot of reasons and can be classified as a mental disorder. insecurities, toxic households, pressure to weight, losing weight rapidly after being overweight, bad relationship with your diet and nutrition, envy, or even liking the idea of being thin. point is, if you have a crappy relationship with food, it’s a recipe for disaster. it’s not really abt luck fr, you just have to be sensitive toward people with ED fr

please note that when i say “diet” i mean what you’re eating. i don’t mean the practice of limiting certain foods as that’s generally been shown to be ineffective, especially for long term habit building. instead, focus on fulfilling nutritional needs! so get enough protein, fat, carbs, minerals, vitamins, and WATER. if you eat a variety of different foods from different food groups, this should be pretty easy:) i try and have foods from 2-3 groups in every meal/snack.
