Can you explain what you mean by women are not a monolith. I’m not sure what that means. I’m a guy but what to know more about women and their perspectives. I am asking sincerely and genuinely

A monolith is essentially a perfect block of stone built to look one way. When I say women are not a monolith, im saying that women as a whole not the same. We aren't built the same. We don't all have the same ideals. We are human just like men.
