Anywhere, depending on what she’s found. Don’t go up to her at the gym while she’s working out .

you can go up to a woman anytime, but you need to listen to anything that could be a no, and then say thanks and walk away. its a better question to say when not to, so when they are doing an activity actively (imagine someone coming up to you when you are swinging a golf club or interrupting when ur talking to someone)
