Acetaminophen(Tylenol) can be taken in combination with because its not an nsaid. Warm packs on your stomach also

also remember that you can dose yourself on ibuprofen, just look up the mg/kg dosing and go from there, it’s used in pediatrics but the same math allows for normal people, just remember to take with food so that you protect your stomach lining and don’t get an ulcer

As much as ur gonna hate me for saying this: hydrate (you can even use electrolytes that are yummy), also i like to complain and make ppl feel bad for me that always helps

be careful with high iron food because while iron is good, greasy, salty or sugary foods do in fact cause bloating and make the cramps worse
