I have really bad depression and a chronic illness so my dad or girlfriend calls me in the morning when i absolutely need to get up and haven't answered any text. Sometimes if im having extra trouble ill get my self a treat before class because that means i have to get up at my first alarm and not wait. Also my meds help a lot.
Ignore 1, they aren’t worth anything. I can spend hours sharing with you my struggles but I’ll give you my best tips (please feel free to dm me if you’d like): Music has been extremely helpful. It’s stopped me from going down poor spirals. I wore a lot of makeup during my real bad depression phase. It felt like battle armor. Keep a sweatshirt/ something safe on you in case you start freaking out.
