anyone with pcos/pmos know how to lose weight? i’ve been overweight most of my life partly bc of this condition. i took a glp-1 for a while and it seemed to work a bit, but i felt fatigued all the time bc of low blood sugar. still fighting low sugar now

eating fruit before you crash or start to feel bad can really help since it has a lot of natural sugars in it, but also making sure you're eating enough regular food daily is the most importantly part (pcos on a glp-1, also has hypoglycemia)

Liquids! When I have low blood sugar and I don’t want to eat yet I drink an apple juice instead, and I used to replace breakfast with a Carnation drink mix, and I know a lot of people with small appetites drink Boosts or Ensures for their nutrients

I honestly just eat less and walk at least 8-10k steps a day. I’ve lost 5 lbs in a month it sucks but it’s better than gaining

I ate only Whole Foods and no processed sugar, no gluten, and no dairy (because they’re inflammatory), so I would have meat, veggies, and rice/rice pasta, and fruit. I never worried ab the seasoning having processed sugar, and would only eat processed foods with minimum ingredients that I could pronounce & the sugar was defined as “cane sugar”. You should naturally be in a calorie deficit with that. NO fake sugar either
