girl to girl question. how can i genuinely make friends in college? i’m not interested in partying and if i’m not at class i’m at work and i commute everyday. literally the only person i ever talk to anymore is my boyfriend. this is a cry for help i fear

Join clubs that pertain to your interests. And if there aren’t any, try to find some people and make one. Alternatively, find employment, you might end up with some coworkers you get along with.

not to mention, my bf has a ton of friends but their girlfriends won’t talk to me bc they’re friends w my bfs ex. i like seriously have no one

My main struggle is time-related. I can make friends but then the semester goes by so fast without much meaningful connection

i work at a daycare so unfortunately all of my coworkers are way older than me🥲i go to university in my hometown and they don’t allow us to make our own clubs, i’m going into my sophomore year and i’ve just been struggling

No clubs? Damn. If you have the confidence, you can literally just walk up to people and start talking with them, see where that goes. But, if you don’t want to do that, I’d recommend looking into third spaces near you. Hopefully you have a vehicle. Things like card shops if that’s your thing. Not having stuff on campus really hurts your options I’m sorry.

the most my campus has is greek life and i already have student loans for classes so i’m not looking to get into debt. campus is really the only thing that town has going for them
