primarily used by/was created with college students in mind. meaning that most adults are posting/commenting with an expectation that their audience should consist of college students and others of a similar age range. adults will post about adult topics

or maybe dm using adult language because they don’t know/assume you’re here. if you’re a part of this group and feel the need to continue to post, at the very least do not encourage dms/dm others. because this is an anonymous app, it is easier for

people to lie about their age or who they are. once you go into dms your interactions become private and there isn’t any way for others (who might be better at id-ing it) to see and call out weird behavior or even just bad advice that someone might give.
