Only do it in the proper environments. If u ask out a girl in a coffee shop it’s much less likely that she says yes compared to asking out a girl in a bar

It’s honestly just up to the person. Women would say they don’t want to be approached anywhere (not even the bars or clubs). It really is just hit or miss. You’ll be labeled a creep only after you’ve interacted with them and they’ve evaluated whether or not they like you. The real question would be not where, but how can you come off as instantly likable/ charismatic.
