I think you have to be vulnerable with her if you want her to feel like she should stay. If you try to be too nonchalant with the conversation she might think you don't care enough, so I would just open up and be honest with her about what you want and how you feel... I get that it's scary tho so good luck!

We’ve never been on an official date but she seems to never care or bring it up. She’s anti social and only really goes to the bars with her teammates and team events.
