I weigh 105 pounds and I don’t have a flat stomach. Like 1 said it’s a lot of genetics. You can’t easily move your organs

It comes down to genetics at the end of the day. As someone with a flat stomach you still end up with a little pudge. Bc ofc you eat and everything you can’t move fat from one place to another. One day I’ll be flat the next day I’ll look like I’m in the start of a first trimester or something

Can be genetic but the literal only ways to influence it is is non inflammatory foods(depends on ur body u just have to experiment), low body fat(obviously if u have abdominal fat ur stomach won’t be fat) and ab workouts to be toned in that area

It’s mostly about your diet. Flat stomach just comes from very low body fat

It’s pretty simple. If you are any of these: high body fat, overweight, poor core strength why would you have a flat stomach

i have high core strength and do not have high body fat. you can't see my abs still 🤷‍♀️ . not everyone is the same and its totally different for women than it is for men. men just have to sneeze and they can have abs

So clueless lmao. If you can’t see your abs it’s either your body fat percent is too high and or your core muscles aren’t that developed. What I said doesn’t change if you’re a man

You can have all of those or none of those and still have abs. Some ppl just hold extra fat percentage in their torso than others

If they are holding extra fat percentage then like I said their body fat is too high for their goals. This isn’t a mystery either one is going to do what it takes to get that goal or don’t, but to pretend it’s impossible for some people is false. If it were easy everyone would have it

You’re dumb. It’s a mystery to you. Ppl can hold majority of their fat in the thigh. So they have high body fat percentages. Yet they have abs bc all the fat will travel to their legs first. You can’t spot reduce ab fat so u can’t say it’s bc they have a high fat percentage. Bc high or low fat has nothing to do with abs it’s the placement
