
It comes down to genetics at the end of the day. As someone with a flat stomach you still end up with a little pudge. Bc ofc you eat and everything you can’t move fat from one place to another. One day I’ll be flat the next day I’ll look like I’m in the start of a first trimester or something
If they are holding extra fat percentage then like I said their body fat is too high for their goals. This isn’t a mystery either one is going to do what it takes to get that goal or don’t, but to pretend it’s impossible for some people is false. If it were easy everyone would have it
You’re dumb. It’s a mystery to you. Ppl can hold majority of their fat in the thigh. So they have high body fat percentages. Yet they have abs bc all the fat will travel to their legs first. You can’t spot reduce ab fat so u can’t say it’s bc they have a high fat percentage. Bc high or low fat has nothing to do with abs it’s the placement
