it’ll suck, but honestly go up and try to talk to him. exposure therapy really works, show yourself there’s nothing THAT scary about him. unless he did something really bad that made you feel unsafe or too uncomfortable to do so, facing it will make it feel less and less scary each time
We dated for over a year and a half and the relationship ended a month ago over summer. We just got back to uni. Idk what makes me so nervous…when I think about it idk why I shake so bad.
