Not everything is a red flag. If people are acting a way because they are genuinely like that then it’s not a problem. As long as the way they act isn’t a problem. But if someone is acting a certain way for ulterior motives, and it’s not true to who they are, then it could be a red flag.

he’s nonchalant over text but normal in person so idk but also like he’s not a big on his phone guy & has no social media so i’m just confused

I’m very hyper and talkative and social in real life. One of the most jovial people you’ll ever meet I’d say, however, I do not like texting. So my texts are usually short and concise. I don’t know if I’d say nonchalant but they are not representative of who I am in person. I also have no social media presence so it’s similar. I’d say judge him moreso by how he acts in person than in any other form of communication.
