Start w eye contact and smiling if she’s into it and doesn’t seem creeped out go up say hi make a silly convo not too hard I’d say

I give this advice as a woman talking to women I’ve made friends with, so it may not work for a man: some of the best conversations are started by complimenting a part of their appearance that they chose (ie. Hairstyle, makeup, shoes, outfit, accessories, etc.) Other than that, just speak to them like people. If you’re a good guy, you can totally use conversation starters you’ve used to make friends with other guys. Focus on being friendly first, and flirty later.
