I was abt to be generous and say maybe she’s had it since before y’all got together since symptoms can be overlooked, but you 100% would’ve gotten it by now if that was the case. Sorry friend :/

more than likely she cheated unfortunately but if you guys have only been together for like less than a month then you may not test positive yet. also test again in 2 weeks if you’ve had sex recently because you also could’ve tested too early after finding out about her exposure if she only recently got it
