To all the mamas: what’s your take on breast fed vs bottle fed and formula and everything?

Not a woman but my older brother was not breastfed and had a lot of stomach/ growth issues and I was breastfed and I’m a lot healthier/bigger than him. Not as product of my choices bc I the above was already true while we both lived at home and ate the same meals every day

moms should breastfeed for the first few months the they can slowly switch to formula, but those first months at least does help the child and gives them nutrients and all that

Maybe our genetics were the cause? But it’s a common joke among my family now that we’re older that I’m a lot bigger because I was breastfed and my brother was not
