Guys I need advice. I start school back soon and I got into a horrible fallout with someone. I’m absolutely terrified of going back and potentially seeing her at some point. I know she will try to start a scene cause I blocked her and I’m terrified -

I’m terrified of what will happen if she does. I have trauma with an angry parent and I’m scared it’ll send me into a panic attack or worse, trigger my fight instinct to where I get physical. I’m genuinely terrified of her. Idk what to do.

She’s been known to get violent in her past so I wouldn’t put it past her but I’m scared I’ll look dramatic if I try to take certain legal actions. I’m just terrified..

As someone who had to deal with their ex being like that (besides the violent part) - no you won’t look dramatic if you take actions to protect yourself
