as a guy I used to want a girl that’s only a virgin , years later I have realized it’s just a straight up insecurity of mine that I wouldn’t be as good as others or my sex would ruin the relationship. How can I overcome this

Like 1 said therapy. You also need to work on being more secure in yourself.

My advice. Sex is like any other skill the more you do it you tend to get better at it… If you’re that nervous find a FWB and start practicing. We are grown it’s okay to have sex with someone you’re not committed to.

Not everyone wants to do that though. Sometimes sex is an extremely intimate activity. Waiting is perfectly fine too

Yes I totally understand that. In my experience, being more reserved about sex / purity culture tends to be more widely accepted. But I also want OP to know that it’s completely okay for adults to want sex outside of a relationship. People who wait aren’t better than people who don’t✨
