Well, I'd say talk to her about it. It sounds like she's not afraid to make her own decisions but maybe she didn't know it would bother you. But again, three weeks isn't very long. I don't blame her for not acting like you're exclusive or something.

It’s still the fact that she acted like she was really carrying and was really into me and wanted this to work out. I’m more concerned about the communication aspect because she still says that she wants something with me
