Why is it that women almost always seem to have nicer cars than men? I’m not talking about cleanliness but rather just newer and much more expensive cars. I know over 10 women with $80,000+ cars but I don’t know a single guy that has a car > $40,000

….because men tend to make better financial decisions

Guys buy cheap then customize and mod tf out of it. Women don’t care to do any of that.

Idk I don’t experience that at all but I also don’t really know any guys. My car and my friends cars all range from trash to a decent used generic car

How old are the women and how old are the men, did they buy their own cars or did someone else pay for it.

1. Men are more comfortable going to the mechanic 2. Men don’t fear their car breaking down in a random spot and needing strangers help 3. Men are socially obligated to focus on moving out and having their own place. Thus prioritizing housing over cars. 4. Men tend to be more involved/ knowledgeable in car maintenance and repairs. Thereby, sustaining an older and cheaper car less of a hassle.

By the way I only know one guy with a car close to $40,000. Every other guy in my program and at my work is quite literally driving a rust bucket with wheels attached including myself

It’s interesting to hear your experience with this. I don’t know whether it’s related to a small sample size and coincidence or whether it’s a valid trend and your experience is in the minority

I know some guys have them but I only know one guy with a truck and I go to a college in the countryside. Most guys I know are driving 15 year old cars that are all rusted out

The age range for both genders based on everywhere I’ve seen this are 18-22 and I would say that most of them probably had their cars paid for by their parents. At one of my jobs as an example a lot of the women don’t cover many shifts and the job doesn’t pay that well

Women seem to be likely to be covered financially by their parents more than men who drive “worse” cars because they actually worked for it and it wasnt handed to them.

That could be the explanation for it or part of the explanation. Do you have an idea why women would be favored by parents or more likely to be supported than men?

Princess treatment being generalized by the whole of modern era society or just someone having only daughters or more women existing.

I wonder if this is actually true or whether just a theory

Logically it makes sense, what does the media tell you about treating daughters, what do people tell you about treating their daughters, not to say that every girl is treated amazingly but maybe by far some do have it better than others.
