Figure out what is going to get you to happiness and make a plan. Cleaning your room is good but that will not bring about drastic change if you’re still running towards nothing

Heavy on the clean your room. A chaotic living space creates a chaotic mind. Then take a nice everything shower. Scrub well, behind your ears, belly button, shave (if you like shaving) exfoliate, wash your hair etc.. then just go out. Get coffee, go on a walk, window shop, just find an excuse to get that vitamin d
