I’m a dude. a female co-worker and I give each other shit (playfully) and she naturally is a touchy person (she’s a bit of a wierdo lol). She’s in a happy relationship so I obviously know that we’re just friendly coworkers. Your coworker could be flirting with you, but it could also just be that she’s comfortable around you. consider figuring out if she’s single and decide from there if you want to go for it. Keep in mind you have to work with this person in the foreseeable future.

Good points. We actually won’t be working together much longer, which is why I feel like I don’t have much to lose. She is single, and we hang out a decent bit outside of work. Personally I’ve never had a woman act like this towards me so I’m not sure how to react. Unfortunately, it’s eating away at me so I feel like I have to make a move (even rejection is fine because then I have an answer)
