sounds like no .,,, everyone has different body composition/fat distribution and it sounds like yours wants to go to your stomach first

It’s not easy but all I say is very area specific lifts in the gym. Everybody knows hip thrusts and rdls can get you a stack of asscheeks, so if you work out try to incorporate these and other focused exercises into your workouts. And obviously jus eat protein and wheat and allat
