Is there any way to get a flat stomach and keep my ass? Every time I lose weight, my ass goes first.

sounds like no .,,, everyone has different body composition/fat distribution and it sounds like yours wants to go to your stomach first That’s ok, mine always goes to my thighs first and im not happy about that either but

It’s not easy but all I say is very area specific lifts in the gym. Everybody knows hip thrusts and rdls can get you a stack of asscheeks, so if you work out try to incorporate these and other focused exercises into your workouts. And obviously jus eat protein and wheat and allat
