Personality is slightly more important and it can influence how I perceive someone’s looks. But looks are essential. I need to be attracted to the person I’m dating for it to work

I need to feel attracted to someone, but 80% of that attraction comes from their personality. The 20% that is physical isn’t all looks. It’s also their voice and the way they hold their arms when they walk.

Exactly, it's the law of nature. But obviously, beauty will always be in the eye of the beholder, so you can't really judge other people's types

Agreed. Some woman told me I was too pretty for my bf than showed me hers and like. Respectfully he looked like a potato to me. Very much to each their own

Ah yes, it's always important to find a good balance in things. You dot want to go for someone from looks alone, and the relationship is doomed to fail if your unable to find your partner attractive.
