How do I as a man sexually please my partner if I can’t do anything oral due to high disgust sensitivity from OCD? I’m worried that (1) I can’t engage in certain pleasing activities during intimacy and (2) my partner will feel that I think they’re “dirty”

Dont tell her its a disgust thing. And if you are good at pleasuring her in other ways that helps. But for some women head is a standard in the sense that it is a symbol of a partner caring about their pleasure if that makes sense

Please her in ways that aren’t overstimulating her sensitivity. And things without tongue that could feel weird to her. Other amounts of foreplay may work, including dry humping. But honestly ask what she likes and wants you to do

If you won’t do oral, be sure to make it clear that you also don’t expect her to do it for you. As a woman, I don’t mind not receiving oral, but if it were one sided it would bother me

It’s okay, I have OCD and it really gets me when I’m trying to be intimate with my partner… intrusive thoughts sink in and It’s hard for me to feel pleasure because I’m stuck in my head. If you find the right partner they’ll be patient, gentle, understanding and won’t push you to do something your not comfortable with
