I feel like I have no place judging people for unconscious gender bias because after learning a bit about race dynamics in my country… I’m no better. Being ignorant of my own white privilege meant that I held several beliefs I didn’t know were racist. Bias is something that creeps in through societal messaging, and you have to consciously root it out. I try to forgive and educate
