My boyfriend wants to propose at 30 years old and have kids at 35. I want to get married young and have kids before 30. He agreed with my plan of getting married young months ago but life happened. Our goals are different. It’s really affecting me.

nah this is dumb, it’s way more dangerous to have kids for women that age. this is also a common excuse men use when they never actually want to marry you at all

He said he wants to focus on his career goals first which I completely understand and support however I can’t be his priority and I don’t know if this is selfish but it’s slowly eating at me. I have always pictured myself marrying young and now after things changed I am not sure what to do.

As a guy idk if I’m just different but putting someone you’re planning on marrying on hold seems like the stupidest thing you can do unless you don’t actually want to marry them
