
It’s not much of a tip but advice ish. Time will heal all. Best thing to really do is to out and enjoy whatever you can in life. Friends ask you to go hang, do it. Family wants you to have dinner with them, go for it. Deep down you’ll want to say no since you’re sad, but you’d be surprised how much those who care for you can help make you feel better in the moments you feel your lowest.
Unfortunately, there’s no tip anyone can give you that’ll quicken the process. Allow yourself to grieve your relationship properly. Cry. Be sad. Scream. Be angry. Allow your family and friends to support you. Lean on those who love you. As time goes on, you will feel better. In the mean time, keep busy. Do not take any drastic or life changing decisions though (speaking from experience 💀) Dress up and go out. If you had hobbies, engage in them. If you didn’t, start exploring. It gets better❤️
