Maybe start with regular eyeliner for a few days/weeks, then move to lining your waterline once you get comfortable around your eyes

I used to be the same way, it got better the more I did it I like the colourpop eyeliner brand especially for my waterline because it’s super soft and I can apply it easily because of that, even when my waterline is a little damp

I wouldn’t do waterline first. Get used to using an eyeliner first, even if you practice.
