men’s problems are not illegitimate and i’m sorry that you feel like that. i think it’s more so the fact that men created the patriarchy and both men and women suffer from it. but because women typically suffer more we usually don’t wanna hear shit from the oppressor, especially because it’s kinda self inflicted. i’m not saying this is fair. it’s just hard for a lot of women to bear their own problems while hearing men complain.

a lot of times men bring up issues, it’s in response to a woman’s. Outside of that, the issues men deal with tend to be man created and a lot of the issues woman deal with also are man created. While you can’t control men as a population, I think too many men have friends they know that create these issues and don’t do anything about it and so then when a man complains about it I’m like ok have u done anything to actually improve the issue or r u complaining and unwilling act in any manner
