That doesn’t mean you are dirty at all. People get UTI’s without even having sex. There’s nothing wrong and you did nothing wrong. Take the antibiotics you need and try and get over the shame.

Neither of things are sex exclusive/ have anything to do with the kind of person you have sex with. And some people (speaking from experience) are more prone to these things because we have a sensitive balance down there
