you understand the reason men do that is because they actively disallow women historically? so like ?? that’s not because women need men for that, we’re just not allowed to not need them. and with that men make it unsafe for women to do anything, including walking outside yeah. you say that like it’s childish but wouldn’t you hate it if you felt unsafe to go outside because when you do men treat you like an object, degrade you, and sometimes physically and sexually attack you?

Same here! He kept flirting with the girl cashier’s from the back and making weird comments at us and he wasn’t fired, he was only located to a different store because people threatened to quit

no. i don’t live in a great neighborhood and this store seems to hire older men with frankly mental disabilities of some kind of issue. he works moving the carts in the parking lot and doesn’t seem harmful, mostly friendly except when he says weird sexual stuff to me. they’re not gonna fire him cause they knew he was like that

like i said it’s time consuming and a whole hassle to go through a lawsuit. i wanted to maintain a good relationship with my employers and didn’t know the kind of backlash i’d get from anyone else. also i was in high school busy with other shit and didn’t even know that was a real/ realistic option.

also you’re wrong that it’s always free and easy. it is incredibly difficult to successfully press charges against men in harassment, assault, and rape cases. we know that. look up the stats brother

This is not a plain harassment case this is an employment law case which there are people who literally make a living baiting these cases for frivolous lawsuits. That is how easy they are to win, most companies settle them for a few thousand on the low end. The stats you speak of don’t even apply to this type of case
