The issue is that you pay to have one single roommate not two, especially if the boyfriend isn’t contributing anything and is using the water, electricity, gas, ect

Depends on what “constantly” means. If it’s to the point where he’s basically living there everyday but not paying bills then I can understand the frustration

Also violating the lease agreement which can affect everyone who lives in the apartment
