Rlly?

AnonymousOP12w
Is that sarcasm? Sorry, I can’t tell 😭. As a guy, it’s definitely believable to me

I think it kind of sucks for both men and women, doesn’t it? Cuz it means more ppl are relying on dating apps or not trying/giving up.
1
AnonymousOP12w
Not really. Not everyone does and not all approaches are online. 45% is a small number

Anonymous#312w
It’s close to half. Not exactly a crisis point…yet. Some of those ppl are using dating apps or don’t want to date, which is fine. It’s cause for concern tho, especially w/ dating apps not working for a lot of ppl.

AnonymousOP12w
so why do you think this is? do you think there’s a way to amend this if it’s concerning to you?
1
AnonymousOP12w
And why do you think it’s a concern and why not find ways to combat it?
1
Anonymous#412w
I can only speak from personal experience and concerning the ppl Ik, but it’s lack of confidence. The easy answer is men need to just approach. Harder answer I think is to create more 3rd spaces, more opportunities to approach so it feels like less pressure.

Anonymous#312w
It’s a concern cuz dating apps suck 😭.
1
AnonymousOP12w
Then don’t use them and start approaching in person?
1
Anonymous#312w
U might see some guys do that as they realize the downsides of online dating. Or just give up…😭
1
AnonymousOP12w
Then those won’t be men I’d be interested in ofc bc idk them
1
Anonymous#312w
I’d go for the confident ones that do
3
Anonymous#511w
Right? 😂 I’m a guy who hasn’t asked a girl out, and most of the guys who are my friends haven’t either.
