tbh it hurt really bad. the first one nipple was chill but the second one makes you see jesus himself. they were tender for about a week, just be cautious of wearing certain bras that it can snag on. STAY AWAY FROM LOOFAHS!! it took about 3-4 months to heal without tenderness but takes 6-8 to actually heal

I’ve had them pierced five times and had to take them out for various reasons. I got mastitis twice that led to sepsis and that’s really dangerous and I cleaned them multiple times a day every day. They’re scary but they didn’t hurt tooooo bad. Maybe like an 8/10.
