She might notice, yeah. Especially having been around for almost 2 decades, there’s likely at least a quirk or two she’d notice as being absent or different. Come clean and talk to her about it. You could probably divide the efforts in trying to track it down, if that’s still doäble.

i think you just have to tell her what happened. i feel like if it was in a random suitcase it really wasn’t your fault. plus you’re doing all you can to try and track it down, which means a lot

I’ve been scouring the locations on where the suitcase might have gotten dropped off at. I didn’t want to tell her because I was afraid shed be mad because it was the first toy she bought with her own money.
