the only reason he should tell her is if it happened during the relationship or if there is a risk of std/sti. otherwise, your friend is burdening his girlfriend by telling her. giving her that information will do no good but make her overthink (unless she doesn’t care, i know i would though). Sometimes it best to leave things in the past. learned that the hard way in my current relationship.
