Therapy. If the issue is overthinking to this degree where u have to ask for reassurance all the time, im guessing u haven’t provided a lot of info, u have to have some deep insecurities. Go to therapy and figure ur stuff out.

Nah your lying to yourself it’s not self sabotage from the last relationship it’s insecurity from the last relationship that creates yourself to be your own worst enemy if he loves u heavy like I love my women he’ll work around it cuz he knows your good but if u guys just met your fucked

Overthinking like 24/7 and I’m not intentionally self sabotaging it but I’ve been told that’s what I’m doing and idk how to stop because it’s ruining what I have and he’s already switched up his vibe with me and ik it’s bc of me

Ngl this still isn't enough information. Are you expressing out loud what your overthinking about or behaving a certain way because of your thoughts or is this all internalized? Like what exactly are you doing?

Not like a lot about the overthinking I’ve asked about somethings I’ve been overthinking and he’s dryly reassured, but I think I’m internalizing a lot and it’s affecting things ?

I think it was bc I was emotionally abused and manipulated in the last relationship I was in, but I’ll definitely talk to someone abt it

We’ve only know each other just under three months 😭 and I was told that I’m self sabotaging by someone who knows ALL the details so idk man I’m working on it
