None of these. I’ll explain, I think a lot of rape happens due to ignorance (not knowing/understanding consent) so that would be the first problem to tackle. Fairly easy to do with informed and extensive safe sex talks/practices. If that is done and all parties are aware I believe that they should be hormonally sterilized. Prison is too in effective with many people re-offending once they’re out, life in prison would make prisons overrun
Removal of genitalia would be incredibly difficult due to the internal workings of the bladder/menopause etc for female offenders. Death just seems too personal/should be determined by the victim/victims surviving family. This is all on the theory/hypothesis that there are hundreds of thousands of rapists who don’t know they’re rapists.
What kinds of cases do you think stem from not understanding consent? (1) rape by force of a fully conscious person, (2) rape of an unconscious person, (3) rape of a person that you drugged, (4) rape of a drunk person who seemed to consent while drunk, (5) rape of an intoxicated person who seemed confused. Or any other cases?
Rape of coercion. Marital rape. Child on child rape. Rape due to emotional blackmail. Rape due to financial blackmail. Rape constituting of a change/lack of discussion (1) a condom coming off (2)progressing the intensity of a sexual act without asking (choking/spanking/slapping your partner) Rape is not always physically forceful.
Hmm. Some of that is definitely questionable, mainly the lack of communication— that can happen by accident. For cases involving blackmail and forceful marital rape though, people don’t need to be told “that is rape” to know that it hurts the other person. The cases of lack of communication on the other hand, those can happen without malicious intent.
That’s getting into gray area for sure. I’ll say that cases of iffy consent like that, the penalty should vary by the offense. But also remember, evidence is required in court. I’m guessing that iffy consent cases are less likely to present solid evidence of rape. Also, the victim in many marital cases will not want to hurt their spouse or pursue legal action.
Oh haha I didn’t think of that. I am female myself. I use the adjective ALL THE TIME, especially since my university major is in biological sciences. Male flowers, female flowers, comes naturally. However, I never use the term “females” as a noun in place of women because of how incels use it.
