No. I love my boyfriend but if he cheats on me I am leaving. I would hope he would leave if I ever did that to him too.

No. I don’t do it, so why would I allow it? I expect full transparency from everyone I have sex with, for my own safety. Not putting up with some scumbag who would go get an std and then give it to me out of his own entitlement. Why tf would I?
