And the doctor said that if it’s positive it will say positive, not anything else

Abnormal means positive. I literally just had a urine culture done and it was abnormal aka I had a uti

I know that now, but like I said. My pregnancy test said abnormal, but it was negative. My strep test also said abnormal, and that was also negative. The biggest one I was worried about was Covid.

At home tests will say positive or negative. But if you test through your doctor it’s different they use different language

I did call my doctor. That’s who did the test.
