When you guys are walking to your apartment try to maybe have somebody on the phone and narrate to them when you get back safely. Consider getting recordings of him following and make sure you’re carrying something like pepper spray.

Cops can be somewhat useless when it comes to this case because some of them don’t actually act unless the guy’s physically hurt you but I’d just try to document what you can and keep other people aware of when you’re around the apartment/him
