OK, I have a question for all the gym Gurleys! I weighed 146 since the beginning of the semester, but now I can barely fit into some of my jeans around my hip and thigh area and I still weigh the same do I just need to start working out?

If you’re walking a lot more it’s mostly muscle formation. It also doesn’t hurt to go to the gym to get some exercise in and to build up strength

What I would do is starting clean if you want to lose fat- abs are made in the kitchen. Those muscles ur developing aren’t going to be seen if you only go to the gym- that’s not the most efficient ways to lose weight. So if you eat clean in a calorie deficit and maybe work out- or just keep up your walking then you will lose weight
