Just whining because you want the baddie but don’t have baddie money. Going on a date ain’t cheap on either side. New or partially new outfit/shoes, maybe hair & nails, any makeup skincare that needs inventory refresh (especially for girls that don’t usually wear it but want to look good that night). Guys investment is dinner reasonably, starting at $30. I don’t know a single woman that wouldn’t spend probably around $50+ prepping for that same night. But since it’s not spent in one go you don’t
Exactly. You just repeated what I said. Average usual make up for most women: none and daily skincare or just mascara and lip gloss. Usual date prep: nails: store: $10, pro: $50+, hair blowout (maybe): $35, skin treatments: store minimum: $15 pro: $75, outfit: $25+ (need at least one new item on because it feels special whether it’s dress/shirt/shoes/accessories/lingerie) Guys date prep: Clean clothes. Hair combed.
If you want to go on a date it costs $ one way or the other. If you don’t want to go on a date, then you don’t have to spend the dollars. Also getting a date only buys you the 2 or so hours of conversation. Doesn’t get you any bedroom privileges, you earn that through your behavior on the date. If you don’t want the whole experience, then by all means see what you can get for the price of dinner online or in an alley. I wish you luck.
Oh so you’re working to make sure the glass ceiling and glass elevator’s become history, because you so believe in equal rights, right? Naw you just want to put in no effort and eat all the cake. Good news, you can eat all the cake you want, on your own. If you want conversation with a woman either plan something that fits your budget or wait to be asked out yourself. Because I will say, the asker should also be the planner and payer. Dinner out is minimum planning with an expense.
