One thing I never do is judge someone for their weight because you never know what that person is going through. They could be having a mental mishap and I’m going through that myself but I believe I will bounce back. I didn’t understand that well before.

…how so many Americans put on weight and I cycled from 185 to 150 back to 205 due to severe untreated OCD but I realized in my life that I will stick to what works. I’m not gonna count calories which gives me anxiety but I’m going to cut again. I feel so bad about myself and I get how people reach here.

Exactly! I was my skinniest when I was younger and I’m so much heavier now and it’s wonderful! I had trouble with finding clothes, a crazy high appetite and a lot of stress. Now I’m much more carefree, I eat what I want in healthy amounts.

I’m going through this tough phase myself but I understand that there are difficult times now and people struggle. I feel so sugar brained again but you never realize what a person goes through so I always want to do extra to make that person smile. My OCD put me on a bad spiral the past 18 months but when you are low, you can only go up.

and some of us just…enjoy being fat. and if given the opportunity to snap our fingers and become thin, we wouldn’t. hard to believe, but we exist.

i put on so much weight after starting birth control and the thing is, my diet didn’t change much at all. i may snack a little more than usual but even then it’s only a few packs of fruit snacks throughout the day. hormonal weight is so much harder to get rid of

Absolutely wrong i myself and people i know suffer from chronic mental illnesses far worse than a “mental mishap” and can maintain our weight despite absolutely everything in our lives fighting against us. Stop excusing your weight. Your fat

Yes, I get it and sugar is so addicting. It’s not entirely your fault and it takes so much to overcome binge eating and making new habits to make a better you. I fully feel this now and it’s affecting me but we just have to stick to a routine. I did it before and we will feel so good and our body will change for the better if we push ourselves.

Issue is whenever I do anything in “healthy amounts” I end up overdoing. Sugar is like a drug for my brain but I just need to get a good routine on my side again, I know I’m capable. Stress is a huge factor and so many people are suffering with job anxiety. They are being overworked. I will just go back to my ground beef, egg, avocado, and sweet potato diet. I eat those regularly and I feel good.

That’s okay! It takes time. I don’t blame anyone for struggling right now- especially with the cost of living and food cost. It’s hard to find the moderation but I believe in you! Sugar is absolutely needed to fuel our brains so I totally get the struggle to not overeat/ keep a schedule with it.

Yes but honestly I need to limit it to orange juice (where I squeeze the oranges), coconut water, avocados, and berries. At least in the beginning.

going to the gym doesn’t make you lose weight btw, it’s just an aid

That’s fine, at the end of the day America has processed foods which are sucking us dry and big pharma will syphon us outta money for medicine so I feel everyone should do something bare minimum like walking or something but if they don’t wanna, then that’s fine too. No point unless someone asks for help but we should make our own pasta and food.
