We blame women for not having evidence than when a woman obtains evidence we vilify her. Her only mistake was posting it online.

From a law perspective, he did not commit a crime. He said to leave the food at the door and it is not illegal to be nude and visible from the outside so long as it’s not intentional. The DoorDash driver did potentially commit a couple crimes. The door was only opened a crack and pushing it open to peak in might count as criminal trespass, but it could be argued it was reasonable to think something was wrong and someone needed help. Filming the guy’s naked body isn’t going to be easy to defend.

oh !! My bad, I saw a couple of articles that said she pushed the door open and went in (didnt care to watch for myself and check haha). Thanks for the correction
